I always wanted my own blog but i hadn’t a clue where to start so i just called with a million questions and luckily I got through to Mike who has been amazing! I don’t have a notion about techy stuff but he sorted me out with a name for my site and a matching email straight away and i’m even going to try make my own website… havnt started yet so not sure how that will go! I’d defo recommend chatting to them if you don’t know where to start 🙂

On upgrading my phone I found that I couldn’t configure my email client to send or receive though the email worked perfectly on my PCs. The support I received was of consistently high quality, particularly as the problem took a while to resolve over a number of support contacts. I have contacted Support for other issues, unrelated this review and have experienced the same high quality of support and assistance.

CONS

Tried to purchase a domain name. They announced 1 year free subscription + £4.99 for Domain Privacy. At checkout they charged me 4.99 + VAT, total 5.99, and after refused to provide domain name. Asked them about amount charged, the answer was: “Unfortunately, we cannot locate this payment in our system”. How they can charge for Domain Privacy before providing domain name?

Extremely difficult to use, not a friendly interface and support are rude. I spent lots of time on two calls and endless hours trying to read the gargon.

Absolutely awful, don’t touch them. They took over our web site from another company and if we hadn’t been tech savvy, would have destroyed our business.
