These jeans are wonderful. I am 6’5″ and 170 lbs. The Levi’s 511 Slim Fit size fit me perfectly in the seat and legs. I have ordered several pairs of these jeans and some have been too short, so I reordered and length of the rest were just the way I like it. I would give these 20 stars if I could.

My husband has been wearing 501’s since his early 20’s (40 yrs), I have purchased other brands of jeans and he refuses to wear them, he states ” they don”t feel right”.
The durabilaty of Levi’s are unmatched. The only problem I have encountered is finding them in the store dt sell out of his size.

I debated ad nauseum about whether I wanted this or the Alpha Industries flight jacket, which runs about $60 more. Glad I chose this one! The color is dope — almost a dark bronze. Well made, warm, functional and style is on point. Plus no kitschy patches/streamers that make it look more like a costume than a bomber jacket.

I placed an order online for three jackets.I find out later on in the same day that they are running a online coupon for 30% off the whole order if 3 items or more are purchased.
So I emailed Levi’s and received a price adjustment by them applying the coupon. Now the problem is when I first placed the order I had received free shipping because my order was for more than $100 but now that they applied the coupon I lost it. I email them again asking if the shipping cost can be refunded they tell me no. If I knew I would lose my free shipping I would’ve bought another item so I can still get it.
I really don’t think that’s ok, they should’ve told me before.I’m very displeased I thought Levi’s was better than that.

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support! No help whatsoever! It is unbelievable! I could not modify nor cancel my order even right after I made it! We are not allowed to make a mistake! I contacted the 3 forms of customer support Levi’s has: email, chat and call, and none of them was able to help in any way! No manager was available either! I am never ordering Levi’s again! So disappointed! Completely ridiculous!
