They are economical when compared to some other companies that have seemingly low domain registration costs, then charge you for features you need. Glowhost includes many of these feature. MOST IMPORTANT is the customer service. These people answer the phone very quickly and always answer your questions and give good guidance.”

I have been a Glowhost customer for over two months, and they provide a great service. Most of my queries tend to be out of normal office hours, but the support is great and seems to be available around the clock. Problems are always resolved quickly, and there is a real personal feel to glowhost host.

I had a Glowhost shared hosting acct for 3 years, it was expensive for shared hosting- $120.yr. But I don’t mind paying a little extra for non-EIG hosting.
It worked, it was slow. During the last year it just got slower and slower… pages opened like they were in the 1990s.
Then I started getting floods of up-time robot reports the site was down at least once a week. I was busy so I just let it for a while. When I contacted support they had excuses of working on stuff.
The hosting got so slow.. I moved all the sites off of the hosting. I let the acct sit empty for a few months and was just going to let it expire and not renew. Then I got an invoice for another year. I responded I did not want the hosting “please cancel it.”
Glowhost responded that they would cancel it as a “friendly exception”.
– I did not order another year of hosting.
They further stated(see attachment) hosting cannot be canceled if you have an “outstanding balance”. I got the first invoice that day. The day the acct expires. This is a very sleazy billing/false charge practice IMO.
So if you do not want slow hosting with speeds from the 1990s and get billed for things you do not order you probably want to stay away from Glowhost.

Great Service and Documentation. Glowhost.com have a complete range of hosting and VPS plans, fast implementation and responsive, professional service. I was signed up and configuring a reseller account in minutes (not 2-3 days as with other reseller accounts). Completely satisfied with response time on questions, plus they provide good documentation (this reducing the need for questions).
